We were delighted to welcome Air Marshall Sir Dusty Miller KBE to the club today. Sir Dusty is the new High Sheriff of Gloucestershire and had asked to come down and visit us after the High Sheriff Grant Programme had awarded us funds that will allow us to purchase additional pitch lighting units. The additional lighting units will make a huge difference in the winter months allowing us to light more of the pitches for evening training sessions. Sir Dusty met with some of our coaches and children as well as our Chairman Adrian Bishop, Treasurer Sarah Cole and Communications Manager Gill Mould and was very impressed by the commitment everyone showed to ensuring that all our young players get the very best experience possible.
