This form is the first step to joining Tewkesbury RFC.  If you decide to join the Club then you will need to register your child/children with the RFU Game Management System and pay the Club's membership.  Your coach will provide further information about joining the teams "Spond" group which gives details of fixtures etc. and how to complete registration/affiliation to the club.
